Example of Food Product and Petrifilms

Our laboratory has partnered with several food manufacturers to test their products for total heterotrophic microorganisms, as well as coliforms and specific pathogens. These projects have been aimed at the development of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) programs and overal QA/QC at their facilities. Additionally, we have testing facility for the prescence of microorganisms using airborne and surface sampling techniques.
