This project is a multi-year project investigating the presence of indoor pathogens or allergens after a mold remediation project has been undertaken. Specifically, we are looking for viable and non-viable levels of fungi after remediation so that the data can be used for the recommendation for Threshold Limit Values (TLV) for mold remediation. We are using these evaluations to make sure that mold remediation project are successful and that the public health of those who occupy the space is protected. Evaluations have been conducted in homes, businesses, and large office complexes.
